Features
Horns, Frill.
Triceratops horridus was a ceratopsian dinosaur from North America, with horns, a frill and a beak.
Scientific uncertainty
Size estimates must be interpreted with their specimen and method. The illustrated horn outlines and frill contour are explanatory reconstruction, not an exact depiction of a particular specimen or growth stage. Colour, soft tissues and posture in the reconstruction include inference.
