Fukuiraptor kitadaniensis was a theropod known from the Kitadani Formation in Katsuyama, Fukui Prefecture. Parts of its skull, forelimbs and hindlimbs are known.
Scientific uncertainty
The preserved skeleton is fragmentary, so reconstruction of missing parts and body covering includes inference. The feather-like covering in the illustration is not treated as directly confirmed in this species. Colour, soft tissues and posture in the reconstruction include inference.
